    I've Got The Basics Of HTML Done So Far For The Development Of My Website, I'm Just Now Trying To Figure Out How To Do CSS? Like I've Seen How It Is Done For Better Discord Stuff, But What Really Tickles My Ear Is Trying To Find A Way To Make Backgrounds ETC For Websites.

    Don't use #id's to style something. Don't use "px" on 0.

    Margin/Padding: top | right | bottom | left
    Margin/Padding: top | left & right | bottom
    Margin/Padding: top & bottom | left & right

    Don't add margin: 0;padding: 0; to * {}

    list-style is the short version to list-style-type

    background is the short version to background-color

    Those are good tips. Though he is fairly new. He wanted me to teach him so I don't think he knows what any of this mean.

    Here's a good tip.

    For what I explained to you earlier, you can actually put a background image instead of a background color by putting this in between your style tags.

    Code:
    body { background: url('path/to/image'); }

    Be sure to include the path or actually URL of the image where it says 'path/to/image'.

    Good luck!

    1 rem = font size on the html element. By default that is 16px, but you can change it. Then use media queries and set the html element in each to your preferred font size for that window size. Then everywhere else in your app use rem and your font size will adjust when you resize your window.
    Use em for letter-spacing.
